The Fab Lab Network and Maker Community are banding together to battle COVID-19. They are producing face shields across the world using 3D printers and crowd sourcing materials that are safe, washable and reusable for the hero’s fighting on the front line. These Drs. and Nurses are sending selfies of themselves wearing the face shields created by the Fabbers. Thanks to the Fab Network, face shields have been quickly designed, built and the project shared for others to replicate. This is a great example of the resilience of the Network.
